"I have been with this office for years and lately for the past year, it seems like they do not value or treat their loyal customers with good customer service. I have called this office so many times and get told Ramona will call me back. I NEVER get a call back from her. I also have left a couple of messages for Evin and no call back from him either!! My insurance rates jump every month with no explanation! I have never heard of auto insurance jumping more than 50$ every month!!! My bill increased by 82$ this month! Can’t get a call back explaining why???? bill should not be changing every single month!"

"Stay as far away from State Farm as possible! I cancelled my homeowners and auto insurance in 2015. I recently received a renewal statement from State Farm showing that my homeowners policy was never cancelled like I requested. I wasn’t aware that the policy was still in force because it was being paid directly through my mortgage company, in addition to my other policy. State Farm refunded only the payment for 2019 even though this is clearly an error on their part. Their decision was unjust and I will fight for compensation dating back to the date of cancellation. BEWARE!!"
